Our NDIS services
Four services that work as one system
Most NDIS providers need more than a website. Families and support coordinators need to find you, trust what they see and know how to get in touch. We build and run each part, and they are designed to work together.
NDIS website design
A custom WordPress site built to WCAG 2.2 AA, with referral and intake forms and the search set-up in place from launch.

Which service does your organisation need first?
Each service solves a different problem. A website turns visits into enquiries, SEO brings the right people to it, ads bring them sooner, and a clear brand makes all of it believable.
You do not need all four at once. We start where the biggest gap is and add the rest as your organisation grows.
| Service | What it does | Start here if |
|---|---|---|
| Website design | Turns visits into enquiries and referrals | Your site is slow, dated or hard to use on a phone |
| SEO | Gets you found when families and coordinators search | Your site is solid but few people find it |
| Google Ads and Meta Ads | Brings in enquiries sooner while SEO builds | You have capacity to fill soon |
| Branding | Makes you look credible and consistent everywhere | You are newly registered or your materials do not match |
Staying compliant
Content that stays on the right side of the rules
Provider marketing sits under the Australian Consumer Law. The NDIA says describing products as “NDIS approved” likely breaches it. It has referred more than 600 cases to the ACCC. If you also deliver allied health, Ahpra rules ban testimonials about clinical aspects of care, such as symptoms, treatment or outcomes.
We write and review your copy with those rules in mind, so your website builds trust with families without creating a problem for your registration. We are marketers, not lawyers, so anything that needs legal advice is flagged for you to check.
What we check in your copy
- Claims about NDIS statusNo wording that suggests a product or service is approved or endorsed.
- TestimonialsReviewed for clinical content where you deliver allied health.
- Offers and pricingStated clearly and kept consistent across the site.

NDIS marketing FAQs
What is NDIS marketing?
NDIS marketing is the work that helps providers be found, trusted and contacted by participants, families and support coordinators. It covers your website, search visibility, paid ads and brand, and it has to follow the Australian Consumer Law and NDIS rules.
Which service should an NDIS provider start with?
Start with the website if yours is slow, dated or hard to use on a phone, because every other channel sends people to it. If the site is solid, SEO is the next step for steady enquiries, and Google Ads can bring enquiries sooner while SEO builds.
How much does NDIS marketing cost?
Websites and branding are quoted at a fixed price after a free 30 minute call. SEO and ads depend on your size, the areas you serve and how many providers compete for the same searches. We agree the price with you before any work starts.
Can NDIS marketing say a provider is NDIS approved?
No. The NDIA says describing products as “NDIS approved” likely breaches the Australian Consumer Law. State your registration status accurately instead, and have your copy reviewed before it goes live.
How long does it take to see results?
Paid ads can bring enquiries soon after launch. SEO builds over months, and the timing depends on your area and competition. We set expectations on the first call and report on the enquiries we can measure.
Do you work with NDIS providers outside Newcastle?
Yes. Crux Digital is based in Newcastle, NSW, and works with NDIS providers Australia-wide, including clients in Melbourne. Calls, design reviews and handover all run over video and email, so you do not need to be local.
Who does the work?
Rob Bastow leads every project from the first call to launch and reporting, so you deal with one person who knows your organisation.
