What good looks like
What makes a strong NDIS brand?
A strong NDIS brand is clear before it is clever. Families and support coordinators should understand who you support and what you offer within seconds, and feel you are a safe choice.
It also has to work in practice: readable on a phone, accessible in its colour choices and consistent wherever someone meets you.
| Quality | How it shows up |
|---|---|
| Clarity | People understand who you support and what you offer within seconds. |
| Warmth | Imagery and tone that families recognise and trust, without cliché. |
| Consistency | The same look and voice on your website, socials, documents and signage. |
| Accessibility | Colours with enough contrast and type that is easy to read. |
| Flexibility | A brand that works at small and large sizes, online and in print. |
How we work
A brand built from your organisation outwards
We start by understanding who you support, what makes your organisation different and how referrers see you. Then we design concepts you can react to before anything is finalised.
You finish with a logo, colours, type and a simple guide, ready to use on your website, socials and paperwork. We can build the website on the new brand if you need it.
What you receive
- Logo optionsConcepts to review and refine with you.
- Colours and typeChosen with accessible contrast in mind.
- Brand guideA simple guide so your team uses the brand correctly.
- MessagingPlain-language descriptions of your services.

NDIS branding is quoted at a fixed price after a free 30 minute call. The price depends on how much you need, from a logo refresh to a full identity with messaging.
| What you need | How it affects the quote |
|---|---|
| Logo only or full identity | A full identity adds colours, type, imagery direction and guidelines. |
| Messaging | Writing how you describe your services adds copywriting time. |
| Applications | Website, social profiles, signage and documents each add design work. |
| Existing brand | Refreshing what you have can take less work than starting fresh. |

NDIS branding FAQs
What is included in NDIS logo design?
NDIS logo design from Crux covers logo concepts, a final logo in the files you need, and the colours and type that go with it. Many providers also add a brand guide and plain-language messaging.
How much does NDIS branding cost?
NDIS branding is quoted at a fixed price after a free 30 minute call. The price depends on whether you need a logo only or a full identity with messaging and a brand guide.
How long does a branding project take?
It depends on the size of the project. A logo refresh is quicker than a full identity, and we agree the timeframe with you when we quote.
Do I need a brand before a website?
It helps. A website built on a finished brand needs fewer changes later. If you need both, we can design the brand first and build the site on it as one project.
Can you refresh our existing logo?
Yes. If your logo has equity with your community, we can refine it rather than start again, and make it work better on a phone, in print and in colour combinations that are easy to read.
Is NDIS branding different from other branding?
The basics are the same, but the audience is different. You are speaking to participants, families and support coordinators, so clarity, accessibility and trust matter more than trends. Your wording also has to follow the Australian Consumer Law, including not describing services as “NDIS approved”.
Can you help a new provider with no brand?
Yes. Many providers come to us with nothing. We can create your logo and brand, write your messaging and build your website as part of the same project.
Do you work with NDIS providers outside Newcastle?
Yes. Crux Digital is based in Newcastle, NSW, and works with NDIS providers Australia-wide, including clients in Melbourne. Calls, design reviews and handover all run over video and email, so you do not need to be local.
